Boots Zinc Oxide Tape is a hard-wearing tape which can be used to hold dressings in place. The tape has a silk backing fabric which is breathable to enhance comfort. Cut to size using scissors. Suitable for Suitable for adults and children. How to use Directions1. Gently clean wound under running water and dry i thoroughly. Ensure the skin is clean, dry and non-greasy.,2. Cover wound with dressing and attach around each of the edges with tape. For larger wounds, also apply tape across the centre of the dressing.3. Regularly change and apply a clean dressing to the wound until it has healed, or as instructed by your doctor or nurse. The bandage should be secure but not too tight as this may cause swelling or cut circulation. If the bandage becomes too tight, remove immediately. Hazards and Cautions If the wound does not appear to heal, or bleeding continues, seek medical advice. Do not use after the expiry date- see bottom of pack. Use only once. Do not apply directly to wounds. Do not use the tape on fragile skin.
